Add/Modify a Fundraiser

💡 Da Capo Inventory allows teachers to create fundraisers and record deposits and debits to and from student records and a general fund. During the fundraiser setup, teachers can designate what percentage of the sale is profit for your organization, and what percentage of that profit goes to the student’s balance.

  1. To add a fundraiser, click ‘Add/Modify Fundraiser’ .

Example 1: Car Wash Fundraiser where 90% of the funds raised go towards a participating student’s balance. #

Profit Calculated: Based on Percentage of Sales

Example 2: Box of Chocolate Fundraiser where each box generates $60. The profit on each box is $18. All of the profit goes towards a participating student’s balance. #
