Lesson Period Reports and Lesson Charts

See how often students are pulled for lessons, and open printable lesson charts from your lesson cards workflow.

Lesson Period Reports (Directors) #

Manage Enrollment → Lesson Period Reports

1. Choose day cycle (A–H as configured), month, year, and building.
2. Create the report.
3. Review which students appear in lessons and how often they are scheduled in the selected timeframe.

The report focuses on periods that actually have lessons (and related prior periods as designed).

Lesson charts (from Lesson cards) #

From Lessons → Lesson cards (Show Lessons), you can open chart views such as:

• 10 Day Lesson Chart
• Lesson Chart M–F
• Multi-day Lesson Chart (based on your schedule length)

These open in a new tab for printing or posting.
