District Student Rankings (Directors)

Directors can review student rankings across buildings — including feeder paths into high school — for placement and articulation.

Where to go #

Manage Enrollment → Student Rankings (Director menu)

How to use it #

1. Open Student Rankings from the director menu.
2. Choose a destination / feeder path when prompted (for example, which high school’s incoming rankings you want).
3. Review rankings from the sending buildings.
4. Export or print when your district process needs a shared list.

Tips #

• Confirm instrumental vs vocal ranking views match how your teachers score students.
• Use this with Incoming Rankings on the teacher side so feeder and receiving schools stay aligned.

Rankings support planning conversations — they do not replace hearing from the sending teacher.
