When students move up to the next building, it is easy to lose track of who is still enrolled. This page shows students connected to your name who are now beyond your building’s top grade — so you can see where they landed.
Where to go #
Enrollment → Where Are My Former Students Now?
What you will see #
For each former student, you can typically review:
- Name and current grade
- Current building
- Enrollment status
- Current or recent instrument
- Who marked them dropped (if applicable), date, and notes
Useful filters #
- All vs Not Enrolled — focus on students who may have left the program.
- Program chips — narrow by band, orchestra, chorus, and similar.
- Hide Dropped by Me — clean up students you already processed.
Export or print when you need a list for a colleague or articulation meeting.
Why teachers love this #
- Prep for middle-to-high school handoff conversations.
- Spot students who “disappeared” between buildings.
- Celebrate kids who stayed in music after they left your room.
This page is about program continuity — it is not a replacement for your live enrollment roster.
