Performance History lets you log when your ensemble performed a piece — concert date, optional video link, and which works were on the program. Over time you build a living record of what your groups have played.
Where to go #
Library → Performance History
Log a performance #
- Open Performance History.
- Enter the performance date (required).
- Optionally add a YouTube (or similar) link to a recording.
- Choose the ensemble — use the course-group buttons, or type a custom ensemble name.
- Select one or more library pieces that were performed.
- Save.
Tip: Course-group buttons appear when you have teacher course groups set up. If you do not see them, type the ensemble name.
Update or remove an entry #
- Use Modify Piece when the program details need a correction.
- Use Delete Performance Info when an entry was created by mistake.
Why this helps #
- Remember what you programmed last year before you plan this year.
- Share a performance list with a colleague or guest conductor.
- Connect library pieces to real concerts — not only to folder checkouts.
Add entries soon after the concert while the program is still on your music stand.
