Menu: Lessons → Lesson Days
Assign each lesson group to a teaching day (Monday–Friday for a typical M–F setup, or Day 1, Day 2, … for a numbered rotation).
How the page works #
- Left (Ungrouped) — groups not yet placed on a day
- Right (columns by day) — groups assigned to that lesson day
Drag a group from left to the correct day column.
After you drag groups #
Refresh the page once to confirm groups stayed where you placed them.
Why this step matters #
The scheduler only assigns lesson times to groups on the days you choose here. If Wednesday has groups on the calendar but no groups were dragged to Wednesday, the run may fail or skip those dates.
On M–F and fixed-day rotations, you must have at least as many periods checked for that day (on Lesson Periods) as you have groups on that day. Example: five Monday groups require five Monday periods selected—or move some groups to other days.
